This Father’s Day, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit of Ukrainian fathers, grandfathers, and father figures.

Through generations, Ukrainian men have led with courage, worked with dedication, and instilled a deep sense of pride in their families and communities. Their strength is not only found in perseverance, but in the traditions they preserve, the values they pass on, and the love and support they give so selflessly.

At Rusalka, we are grateful for the fathers who encourage, volunteer, cheer from the audience, and help ensure our culture continues to thrive for generations to come.

To all the incredible dads in our Rusalka family and beyond - thank you for being pillars of strength, pride, and tradition.

Registration is NOW OPEN for the 2026–2027 season at the Rusalka UNF School of Dance!

For generations, Rusalka UNF has been a place where young dancers discover their passion, lifelong friendships are formed, and Ukrainian traditions are proudly passed from one generation to the next. Guided by the Rusalka UNF dance syllabus and inspired by an exceptional faculty, including Mariia and Dmytro Bodyan, students grow with confidence, creativity, and pride.

From Razom to Druzi, there is something for every age and stage. Dancers can also expand their training at our Studia/Ballet and Kozatskij Spirit classes, led by Mariia and Dmytro Bodyan.

More than a dance school, Rusalka UNF is a community built on tradition, discipline, camaraderie, and a shared love of Ukrainian culture. We look forward to welcoming familiar faces and first-time dancers for another season of growth, inspiration, and unforgettable memories.

We’re thrilled to partner with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers through the Blue Bomber Ambassador Program this season!

Join in on the fun with two upcoming events at Princess Auto Stadium:
📍 Pre-season game — Friday, May 29
📍 FREE Youth Flag Football Event — Sunday, May 31 for ages 4–18

Through our partnership, Rusalka families and supporters can also access discounted Blue Bombers tickets all season long:
🎟 Youth tickets: $18
🎟 Adult tickets: $28.50

What a beautiful evening 💙💛

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our Behind the Scenes event. Whether you were out on the dance floor learning alongside us or enjoying the evening from the audience, we were so grateful to share this special experience with you.

It was such a joy to open our doors, share a glimpse into our creative process, and celebrate the passion, hard work, and community that make Rusalka so special. Thank you for your energy, your support, and for being part of the evening.
