Scrolling through my pics from last Easter, when I used plant based dyes and tried for patterns with wax or materials. I recall the patterned nylons, that had once been part of a Halloween costume, left a nice imprint. (see the red cabbage and tumeric pics)

If I decorate eggs this year I'll for sure do the red cabbage again. The blue color was super pretty.
I think the tumeric eggs needed to soak overnight to get a good yellow, but the final result was delightful. Like sunshine. Might do that too.

Had to laugh when I saw how chirpy this bowl is in the nest!

I sure do enjoy playing and creating in Canva!  The way the vase is sitting on the little wood disc looks like it's goin...

This is one of my most recent experiments. I decoupaged a mushroom patterned napkin layer & cut waxed fabric to create the leaves. Super pleased at how nice it turned out!
