On behalf of Bahaghari Pride Manitoba, thank you so much for this wonderful recognition and for awarding us the PRIDE SPIRIT Award as the Community Group Marshal for the 2026 Winnipeg Pride Parade.
We are truly honoured and grateful to have been part of this year’s Celebrate You! parade.
This recognition means so much to our organization and to the community we represent. We brought our Pride, creativity, energy, and Bayanihan (togetherness) spirit to the parade, and we are incredibly happy that it resonated with you and the community.
Thank you to Pride Winnipeg for creating a space where everyone can celebrate their identity, diversity, strength, and authentic selves. We also hope that Pride Winnipeg’s leadership will continue to strengthen its commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and decolonization.

We’ve got incredible drag performances by The Yellow Belle, and Nila Ganda, who’ll be calling some games in between, and a legendary freestyle performance by the Iconic House of Pink Lady! Big dawg DJ Corvo is in the house spinnin’ to make sure the vibe is vibing. 😎

Winnipeg Humane Society therapy dogs Tux, Luca and Zoe are reporting for duty to help you win some great prizes with good luck pats throughout the night, all while giving back to our nonprofits. Here’s to q***r joy and animal advocacy!

Patent 5 Distillery is on site for cocktails and mocktails with a specialty cocktail for the event! We’ve got Pride Winnipeg and Winnipeg Humane Society merchandise for sale, popcorn, candy and a drink concession on deck.

Congratulations to Red River Co-op, recipient of the Size and Support Award in 2026

On behalf of Red River Co-op, I wanted to say a huge thank you for recognizing us with the Size and Support Award!
We are genuinely excited and incredibly proud to receive this recognition.
Over the past four years, we’ve watched our Pride Parade participation grow from year to year, with more of our teammates coming out to walk, celebrate and show their support. It has been wonderful to see that enthusiasm build, and being recognized by Pride Winnipeg makes it even more meaningful.
Thank you not only for the award, but for everything you do to create such an incredible celebration for our community. We’re proud to be part of it and grateful for the opportunity to show that everyone deserves to feel welcome, valued and free to be themselves.
We look forward to continuing to show up, support Pride Winnipeg and, of course, bring an even bigger Red River Co-op crew next year!

Thanks to our community supporting our fundraising efforts we were able to award seven Manitoba students with scholarships this year! Keep an eye out for our upcoming fundraising efforts (and current effort -art for sale at Club 200 !) to continue this trajectory. Let’s go 2027!!

A special shoutout to Devil May Care for hosting our car wash, High Tea Bakery and Verde Juice Bar for collaborating and creating wall space for our art, and the wonderful GSA students that made art to sell!
