A Night Out on theTown Night Out on the Town will take place on Saturday, June 25 at Trafalgar Castle School, and funds raised will support local charities, community events and organizations through the Mayor's Community Development Fund.

In 2019, this annual event raised more than $105,000 for the Mayor’s Community Development Fund and lead grants were awarded to Catholic Family Services of Durham, Durham Region Challenger Baseball League, Durham Region Hospice and Feed the Need in Durham.

Funds raised from the Mayor's fundraiser will support local charities, community events and organizations through the Mayor's Community Development Fund. This year’s lead recipients are The Charles H. Best Diabetes Centre, Lakeridge Health Foundation and Whitby Iroquois Soccer Club.
