Painting, this model was bitter sweet. It is a fantastic converted Hive Tyrant made by , and I was worried about ruining it because I am not a great painter.

And I'm not just saying that to try to get those sympathy comments saying, "Oh, you're actually quite good." I know how good I am, and I accept that.

When I look closely at it, I can see the many mistakes. But when I sit back and just take it in, I am quite happy with.

So Just Paint your miniatures and stop worrying about perfection. Simply getting your army painted will make it look leagues better than it would have anyway.
