Dynamic soloists and high-energy combos perform everything from the deep tradition of blues and jazz to classic rock and the wild edges of new sounds and improv. The Rock, Blues, Fusion, and Jazz Combos perform under directors Damian Graham, Danuel Tate, Issah Contractor, and Joey Smith.

Always a highlight of each Fall and Winter Term, the Classical Chamber Music students and Conservatory Chorale perform an eclectic and dynamic mix of repertoire that surprises and delights our audiences every year. The Conservatory Chorale performs under the direction of Brian Wismath, and the classical chamber music ensembles are coached by a variety of our outstanding faculty.

Entry for these concerts is at The Victoria Conservatory of Music entrance at 900 Johnson Street. Admission by donation.

MEET THE CAST AND PRODUCTION TEAM

REBEKAH JOHNSON, Lighting Design
Rebekah is pleased to be designing The Lion, Witch, and the Wardrobe for Kaleidoscope for the second time! Other Kaleidoscope shows include last season's Oz and, long ago productions of A Midsummer's Night Dream and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever among others. Other recent credits include Snow White for Carousel Theatre, A Doll's House Part 2 for Western Gold Theatre and The Fiancee for Chemainus Theatre. Rebekah lives in the beautiful Cowichan Valley, traditional territory of the Coast Salish and home to the Cowichan Tribes.

Join Wavelengths Community Choir for A Celtic Christmas on Wednesday, December 6th at 7:30pm.

A Seasonal Music Celebration featuring Wavelengths Community Choir, led by Denis Donnelly, and guests. Music will include traditional music of the Yuletide Season, mostly from the British Isles, as sung by the choir as well as a 9-woman vocal ensemble, Lanny Pollet, flute, with Denis on Irish harp.
