DanceFix Come spice up your fitness routine with DanceFix! This aerobic style “dance” class combines cardiovascular training and muscle conditioning. Come PLAY!!!!

Kirsten Ho Chan developed DanceFix in 2008. Inspired by her dance background, she has developed a class that incorporates easy-to-follow dance moves with a high-intensity, fat burning workout. She envisions DanceFix as a truly unique environment that blends a sense of community with the benefits of physical and emotional release through creative movement.

Monday night DF'ers we have decided to cancel class TONIGHT due to weather. Drive safe out there and stay warm! Also a reminder that next week is Family Day so we will not have class either. Kimi and I will miss all of you lovely ladies, but will see you in a few weeks!
