Every child deserves the freedom to express themselves, celebrate who they are, and be welcomed exactly as they are. ✨

This year, families joined us for Glamily, a joyful evening of dress-up, dancing, creativity, and self-expression led by Peach Cobblah. Part drag show, part lip-sync open mic, part dress-up party, Glamily invited children and families to embrace their most colourful, creative selves.

As Vancouver Magazine Editor-in-Chief Stacy McLachlan shared:
"[The Festival] featured a dress-up 'Glamily' family dance party that was so cute it made me cry. Was equally dazzled by drag artist Peach Cobblah and the sequined five-year-old kids."

We love celebrating the joy that happens when children are encouraged to be creative, confident, and unapologetically themselves, and the communities that help make that possible. 🌈

Glamily is produced by Zee Zee Theatre in association with Tara Cheyenne Performance and Carousel Theatre for Young People

The Sutcliffe Stage made its Festival debut this year, creating even more opportunities for children and families to experience live arts, culture, music, and storytelling throughout the Activity Village.

Thank you to all the performers for sharing your stories, music, and dance!
