Went from wearing a uniform, working shift work, saying the same thing over and over again, fearing calling in sick to controlling my own schedule, making music, fun drinks and croissants with my friends whenever we want, showing up an hour late or an hour early depending on how much sleep I got and not fearing anyone to answer to… it’s incredible having a place of work that nourishes your soul, recharges your battery for inspiration and has the community to support and hold you on the hard days. I can’t believe I’m here sometimes. From buying Frequency Sound 528 the same time I had my child, to starting a second location frequency528cafe during the same time as some hard passings and moving homes. I can’t thank my friends, family, and the entire Frequency team enough for getting to this point. Thank you. My heart and soul are filled with gratitude to be able to have fun, control my time, and share outwardly with the world the joy that surrounds me.
