I've always felt my best when wearing my favourite clothing brand, Hugo Boss. I really do feel like a Boss in a Hugo Boss suit. I was extremely flattered when they asked me to fly to Baden-Baden Germany to shoot a print advertisement for their Cologne, Boss by Hugo Boss. In addition to working with an awesome crew, including close friend and famed photog Annie Liebovitz, I was told that I could keep every piece of clothing from the shoot! I was also given a case of Boss by Hugo Boss Cologne to take home! So, it's Boss by Hugo Boss for everyone I know! Next, I'm off to the famous Swiss Alps for a spread featuring their Extreme Arctic Wear line of clothing. I'm being helecopterd to the summit at sunrise for what promises to be both extreme and awesome! Stay tuned for that and don't forget...Be your own Boss in whatever you do!

Making Steel & Shadows was one of the most rewarding and physically demanding experiences of my career. We spent months filming across Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, and parts of Colorado, using breathtaking landscapes that gave the film its authentic Western soul. The days were long, often beginning before sunrise and ending well after dark, and the role demanded everything from horseback riding and fi****ms training to intense fight sequences and practical stunts. Every challenge was worth it because I had the privilege of working alongside an incredibly talented cast and one of the hardest-working crews I've ever known, whose dedication brought every scene to life. There was a real sense that we were creating something special—a modern Western with the grit, heart, and emotional weight of the classics. The early buzz surrounding the film has been incredibly humbling, and hearing awards-season conversations that include my performance as Cole Steel is an honor I never take for granted. No matter what happens, Steel & Shadows will always be a film I'm deeply proud to have been a part of.

Seeing myself on the cover of Fortune magazine at 60 is an incredible milestone and a reminder that success isn't defined by age—it's built through consistency, resilience, and a genuine passion for what you do. I'm grateful that after decades in the entertainment industry, I still wake up excited for the next audition, the next role, and the next challenge. Living an active, healthy lifestyle has been just as important to me as building my career, and I believe taking care of both body and mind has allowed me to continue performing at my best. Whether I'm on a film set, riding my motorcycle, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with family and friends, I try to approach life with energy, gratitude, and purpose. If my journey proves anything, it's that your sixties can be a time of renewed ambition, new opportunities, and some of the most rewarding chapters of your life.

Motorcycles have always represented far more than just transportation to me—they've been about freedom, adventure, and embracing every mile of the journey. Even at 60, I still get the same thrill every time I throw a leg over a bike and head out onto the open road. Having the opportunity to do a print spread for Harley-Davidson was an absolute privilege, combining my lifelong passion for riding with my career in front of the camera. Standing alongside those incredible machines reminded me why I've loved motorcycles for so many years. As an unforgettable thank-you, Harley-Davidson even presented me with a custom Softail for taking part in the shoot, making the experience one I'll always remember every time I fire it up and hit the highway.

Ride on!

Doing the print shoot for Wild Horizons Outdoor Magazine was an incredible experience and a chance to share a lifestyle that has always been a big part of who I am. I've always believed that spending time outdoors keeps both the body and mind healthy, whether I'm hiking, exploring remote locations, or simply enjoying the beauty of nature. Living an active outdoor lifestyle has taught me the importance of staying fit, embracing new adventures, and maintaining a positive outlook on life. For me, health isn't just about exercise—it's about finding balance, appreciating the natural world, and making every day an opportunity to discover something new. Being featured in Wild Horizons was a wonderful way to celebrate that passion and hopefully inspire others to get outside, stay active, and enjoy everything nature has to offer.

Now, get out there and live Wild!

The cover of my new book...a lifetime's labor of love.

Writing David Stuart: A Lifetime in Acting has been one of the most amazing and challenging experiences of my career. This book is my autobiography—a reflection on more than 40 years in the entertainment industry, filled with the people, places, triumphs, setbacks, and unforgettable moments that shaped my journey. From humble beginnings, pounding the pavement in Los Angeles, to Salt Lake City, and Vancouver, building a career with more than 170 film, television, commercial, and stage credits and counting, I've had the privilege of experiencing nearly every aspect of the business, both in front of and behind the camera. More than a collection of stories, this book is an honest look at the lessons I've learned, the resilience it takes to survive in this industry, and the passion that has kept me pursuing the craft of acting for four decades. My hope is that readers will not only enjoy the stories but also find inspiration to follow their own dreams, no matter where the journey takes them.

Aaand, action!

Some of my latest tear sheets from my high fashion 'Senior' modelling career, 😆
Back in the early 90s I began my print modeling days in Los Angeles.

A little piece of trivia: If you're old like me and you've been to Disneyland in the 90s, I was on the brochure advertising the haunted house ride, with a terrified look on my face.

My third wife is a Disney fanatic, and had one of the brochures with me on it that she'd gotten before we met.

Back then, you went on 'Go-sees' with your modeling book full of 'Tears', like tearing a page from a magazine and you would order a minimum of 300 lithographs of your headshot for drop offs and mailings which you'd do on a regular basis.

Back then, especially in LA, being an actor/model actually felt like work. Every day you were auditioning, meeting, handing out photos, running around, lunching, stopping by your agent who had a literal wall of headshots of their clients they would pull from for submissions.

These days, with self-taping and digital this and that, button clicking is the way to go. Most talent seldom see their reps. I haven't seen my agents face to face in years.

Is that better, worse, or just different?...

All of this and more can be found in my new book, 'David Stuart, A Lifetime in Acting', available everywhere...

Working on Invasion was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. From the first day on set, there was an incredible sense of camaraderie among the cast and crew, and every scene pushed us to give our absolute best. Sharing the screen with Jill Bateman was a real privilege—she brought tremendous intensity, authenticity, and heart to every moment, making it effortless to build the emotional connection our characters needed. The actors playing our children, Zak and Amy, were exceptional, and the chemistry we developed as a family added genuine weight to the story's fight for survival. The directors, cinematographers, visual effects artists, stunt team, and every member of the crew poured their passion into creating a believable world under alien siege. Watching it all come together was unforgettable, and I'm incredibly proud of what we accomplished together. Invasion is more than a sci-fi spectacle—it's a story about family, resilience, and hope in the face of impossible odds.

Rourke 2 was conceived as a globe-spanning action thriller that pushed every department to its limits, with production taking the cast and crew to frozen mountain ranges, remote Arctic landscapes, windswept coastlines, and towering cliff faces to capture as much of the spectacle in-camera as possible. The demanding schedule featured long days in sub-zero temperatures, complex aerial photography, and physically challenging stunt sequences that required months of preparation and precision. At the center of it all, David Stuart delivers a commanding performance as Rourke, balancing relentless action with moments of quiet determination and emotional depth. Within the fictional world surrounding the film, his portrayal has sparked widespread awards-season conversation, with many praising the performance as a career-defining turn and suggesting it could earn Best Actor recognition for bringing both grit and humanity to one of modern action cinema's most memorable heroes.

Abomination is an original gothic horror epic that reimagines the legends of the Werewolf, Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster, and the Creature from the Black Lagoon as manifestations of a single ancient evil. At the center is David Stuart, delivering an ambitious performance as a cursed man whose body and soul are consumed by four distinct monstrous identities over the course of the film. Each transformation demanded hours in the makeup chair, with separate full-body prosthetic designs, facial appliances, custom dental work, contact lenses, and motion training to give every creature its own physical presence and personality. The result is a tour-de-force of practical effects and character work that showcases Stuart's range beneath layers of intricate prosthetics. Within the fictional world of the film, Abomination has generated intense awards-season buzz, with critics praising the performance as a career-defining achievement and speculating that David Stuart could emerge as a serious Best Actor contender for bringing humanity, terror, and tragedy to four unforgettable monsters in a single film.
