IRON INFUSIONS PART 1 🩸🩸

If you couldn’t tell, I’m pretty passionate about intravenous iron—especially access to it in women’s health!!

Women are often told:
“Your iron is low, but that’s normal.… it’s just part of being a woman… it’s normal for you to feel tired, to have brutal periods, to be exhausted….” the list goes on.

I have first hand experience with low iron for over a decade—through my teens, 20s, and heading into my 30s…enough is enough.

Oral supplementation is great, and has worked for me in the past, but using this tool made sense for MY HEALTH. It could for yours too!!

We are incredibly grateful for training, and our team at is excited to offer this treatment to our patients with the help of our Nurse practitioner.

💜Autoimmune disease impacts millions, most of them women
💜 Women are 4x more likely than men to be affected!!
💜 AI disease is very much a women’s health issue in Canada, often during the most active and reproductive years!!

The impact?
•physical (symptoms, infertility, pain, limitations ect)
•emotional (mood, fear, shame, relationships ect)
•economical (managment, diet, ect)

Autoimmunity isn’t just about one diagnosis - it’s the immune system, nutrition, the gut, the nervous system, the WHOLE PERSON!!

In my practice I see many women who have a diagnosis or we are still connecting the dots. Commonly: Crohn’s, colitis, celiac, RA, Hashimoto’s, lupus, and MS 💜

“The amount of good things in your life depends upon your ability to notice them.” I love this one !!

💛 BUT, if you’re feeling irritable, short, overwhelmed, exhausted or constantly running on empty… noticing the good things can feel almost impossible.

Often it’s not a mindset problem - it’s your nervous system begging for support. When the body is running in a constant state of stress without adequate support burnout isn’t far behind… and for many, you might be already there!

When we work on things like proper sleep, nutrient status, blood sugar, stress regulation, adrenal support and overall health, patients often tell me the same thing: they start to feel like themselves again!!

And suddenly, the good things become easier to notice. 💛

Feeling calm, patient, and present shouldn’t feel out of reach.
