Throwback to Sicily 🤍

Throwing it back to a time when I was in Sicily, exploring new avenues for my art and reconnecting with myself.

That journey was deeply inspired by nature, by the grief of my mom, and by a quiet period of introspection where calmness and silence held a special place in my life. It was a time of creating from a very raw and honest space.

Now, as we prepare to move into our new home and my new workshop, I feel this pull to return to that energy—to create again, to frame what was born in Italy, and finally share it with the world.

Life is moving so fast. My priorities have shifted—my son, my family—but my art is also part of that family. And I’m ready to make space for it again, to let it become a central part of my everyday life.

Allô tout le monde ❤️

On met en vente notre magnifique chalet situé sur le mont Alta à Val-David, à la limite de Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, vraiment tout près de tous les services.

C’est un vrai clé en main : vous arrivez avec vos valises, pratiquement 😍 ... Les électroménagers sont inclus, et même le spa! On a une superbe vue sur les montagnes et accès direct à la forêt — un vrai petit coin de paix à seulement une heure de Montréal.

On a aussi la possibilité de location à moyen terme (32 jours et plus), ce qu’on a fait dans les dernières années. Ça nous a permis de générer de très bons revenus, tout en profitant nous-mêmes du chalet.

On a aussi fait plusieurs belles améliorations : on a refait la réimperméabilisation complète de la fondation, le paysagement extérieur, une deuxième chambre et l’entrée double en pavé. Le chalet offre aussi foyer à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur.

Bref, c’est vraiment une petite pépite qu’on aime beaucoup, et on espère qu’elle trouvera quelqu’un qui va l’aimer autant que nous.

You don’t need your life to change.
You need the loop to stop.

Have you noticed how often we repeat the same sentences in our head?
Driving, for example.
Everyone rushes past, and without thinking, the same phrase appears.
Every day. The same words. The same tone.

Most of the time, we don’t even notice we’re repeating ourselves.

But the moment you do…
the moment you become present enough to hear the loop
you gain a choice!

To soften it.
To interrupt it.
To respond differently.

That pause is where something new begins.
New space.
New pathways.
A different way of being with yourself and with others.

I believe this is the world we’re stepping into.
A world where awareness becomes responsibility.
Where we notice what harms us, what harms others,
and choose to do better.

We have the tools.
We have the brains.
We’ve evolved enough to take responsibility for our thoughts.

Maybe that’s part of our mission now :
to be conscious enough
to make the world a little kinder,
starting inside. 🦋
