Circlesnake Productions is seeking a female actor of colour for a remount of Slip at the Tarragon Workspace, running March 20-April 2nd (Tech is Mar 20-22). Shows Tues-Sun @ 8pm, with Sat & Sun 2pm Matinees as well. Both union and non-union are welcome as it is an Equity Co-op production. Light rehearsals starting in February, with increasing frequency as we approach the show date.

One actress will be performing both roles:

SGT. PASSADER; 30+; BIPOC; Hard-as-nails police sergeant who has fought through nearly insurmountable barriers to reach her position in the police force. She delivers and expects the absolute best from herself and her officers.

MARINA; 30+; BIPOC; Kind and successful lawyer who, in the wake of a challenging break-up, has finally found the ability to move on with her life, and is utterly unprepared to find herself re-connecting with the woman who broke her heart.

Auditions will be held Wednesday, January 18th, 2017, during the day. Interested performers should contact [email protected] with a headshot and resume. If you are unable to attend that day, please contact us anyway and we may be able to work something out.
