In June 2005, PINDAB LTD was established and founded by Michael Opoku. We first launched with designing clothing, which had inspirational messages hoping to encourage others. PINDAB LTD (Pennies IN DA Bank) was created to encourage people to save every penny to make a dollar. PINDAB LTD is a community company that provides services to local communities in the Toronto Area, with the hope of expand
ing in the future. Our objective is to motivate, inspire, and encourage people to save their money and follow their dreams. With life’s challenges, it can be hard for a person to stay on track. PINDAB LTD believes that emotional support is one of the keys to success in bringing the community together. PINDAB LTD strives to meet one’s physical, cultural, social, emotional, economic and spiritual needs within the context of relationships with family, friends, employers and their community. Through our programs and services, individuals can identify and address barriers that are preventing or have prevented them from moving towards their goals, equipping them with tools that can help their community move from the pain of the past towards a resilient future. These programs include violence, conflict-resolution, image, self-confidence awareness. As programs are conducted, PINDAB LTD continues to support the local community by coordinating inspirational events. PINDAB LTD holds community BBQ's, talent shows, youth days, and much more in the hopes of keeping the community in one accord.
