Its not what you think
Its not chemicals, syringes or animal by products
It's 430 am wake up
Its 2 hours of silent meditation
Its Tai Chi followed by yoga
Its spending time in nature and with animals mostly
Its leading an intoxicants free lifestyle
Its No Sugar No Fast Food No alcohol No Drugs ( legal and illegal)
Its using homemade products for skin and hair ONLY ( since I was 13 )
Its laughing A lot, making others laugh, laughing at life, at situations at myself
It is also crying when emotions needs that release and not plugging all in
Its being disciplined about movement not a rigid gym workout ( though I used to do that)
Its loving yourself in a healthy way devoid of egos push
Its choosing to forgive
Its knowing my own strength
Did I mention laughing ?
