Sometimes people ask me what being a Realtor is really like.

The truth? It’s so much more than buying and selling homes.

It’s celebrating accepted offers. Answering late-night texts. Helping people navigate some of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make. Being there through the excitement, the stress, and everything in between.

And somewhere in the middle of it all, I’m still trying to make it home for dinner, catch a sunset, and spend time with the people I love.

Because while real estate is my career, it’s always been about people.

Helping families find a place to call home is something I’ll never take for granted. ❤️

We’re hiring! We’re looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team and work closely with our Operations Manager. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who is organized, efficient, independent and loves a checklist. We need someone who can follow processes but also think on their feet when things inevitably don’t go according to plan.

It is a part-time position with a start date the week of August 17th.

One of my favourite things about Re:Creative is the people.

Over the years, we’ve built a team made up of incredibly creative, thoughtful and talented humans — many of whom are part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

This month, we’re celebrating them.

Their creativity.
Their courage.
Their perspectives.
Their stories.
And the countless ways they’ve helped shape this company into what it is today.

We’re also proud to be supporting Friends of Ruby, an organization providing housing, mental health support and social services for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth.

One of the things we love most about Re:Creative is that our team is made up of genuinely creative people — artists, designers, photographers and storytellers. And that creativity naturally flows into the homes we stage.

Niamh has such a beautiful eye for creating bedrooms that feel layered, calming and intentional. The kind of spaces people walk into and immediately want to stay a while in.

She also designs and creates some of the custom pillows we use in our stages, helping us bring even more originality and personality into the homes we style.

Because great staging isn’t about filling a room.
It’s about creating a feeling.

And we’re very lucky to work with people who know exactly how to do that.
