Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!!

2026 is an exciting time for Blues Brothers Inc. with the release of the new graphic novel 'The Escape of Joliet Jake'.
Wonderfully written by Luke Pisano, Stella Aykroyd and James Werner with a forward by Dan Aykroyd.

The legend of Jake And Elwood continues!
Set in 1997 after years of incarceration, our beloved recidivists endure in this whacky new adventure with some equally ungrounded new characters. A thoroughly entertaining read, get yours today while supples last!

In this video from a press release in Toronto, Luke talks about the inspiration and the legacy and Dan talks about BB driving school.

“Happy New Year, folks — keep the music loud, the blues soulful, and the suits sharp.
See you on the road in 2026.

Out of the Blues Revue Raises Over $40,000 for CAMH

When The Official Blues Brothers Revue took over Toronto’s Phoenix Concert Theatre on February 28, the atmosphere was anything but blue.

Two high-energy sets of soul classics — including “Shout,” “Gimme Some Lovin’,” and “Soul Man” — kept the room buzzing and the auction bids climbing.

The evening raised over $40,000, with online donations continuing to come in.

Proceeds benefited Gifts of Light, a volunteer-driven program at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), supporting more than 31,000 patients each year on their recovery journey.

With gratitude.

Moments like this remind us why the music matters.

With Gratitude to Steve Cropper
Oct 21, 1941 – Dec 3, 2025

A cornerstone of the Blues Brothers legacy and one of the greatest guitarists and songwriters of all time. His riffs shaped generations, his soul inspired millions, and we were honoured to share moments, music, and memories with him.

Thank you, Steve, for the groove, the heart, and the history you gave us all.
