The Competition You KNOW and TRUST! Welcome to Season 18
Visit our website for info on our 2026 Tour

Be Dance was founded in 2008 and ran its first dance competition out of Toronto in 2009. Co-Directors and sisters Julie Gabriele & Christina Morgani have been a part of the dance world for as long as they can remember. They decided that Be Dance would be a way for them to give back to the dance community and inspire young dancers in a positive, professional competitive atmosphere. Going into their 10th Season they are extremely excited to bring a whole new fresh look to the competition scene.

From the Be Dance stage to the University of Guelph! 🎓💗

In 2026 we awarded 5 participants with a total of $5000 in CASH SCHOLARSHIPS 💵 🏆We are catching up with all the participants to see how things are going! Here’s what Vanessa had to say about her experience ⬇️

“Beginning my journey at the University of Guelph has been nothing short of amazing, and receiving the Post-Secondary Scholarship has helped immensely. This unique scholarship for dancers opened so many more opportunities and relieved a weight off my shoulders as I navigate a new chapter. The financial support as I settle into university allows me to focus on my studies while continuing my journey in dance. I am endlessly grateful to BeDance for believing in me and for this one-of-a-kind gift that recognizes dancers’ commitment during this transition!”

Keep making us proud, Vanessa! The Be Dance family is cheering you on. ✨

From the Be Dance stage to Toronto Metropolitan University! 🎓💗

In 2026 we awarded 5 participants with a total of $5000 in CASH SCHOLARSHIPS 💵 🏆We are catching up with all the participants to see how things are going! Here’s what Ellie had to say about receiving the scholarship ⬇️

“Receiving the BeDance Post-Secondary Academic Scholarship truly means so much to me, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support as I begin my post-secondary journey. I’m so grateful to be spending the next four years doing what I love most and learning from the amazing dance faculty at Toronto Metropolitan University, surrounded by so many inspiring dancers in the heart of Toronto. After just my first week, I’ve already learned so much from so many incredible artists, and I’m so excited to see where this program and degree will take me in the future.

Receiving this scholarship is incredibly meaningful to me, and I truly appreciate your generosity and support of the next generation of dancers. Thank you again for this opportunity!”

Keep doing what you love, Ellie! The Be Dance family is cheering you on every step of the way. 💕✨
