The Canadian opera community mourns the loss of one of its most cherished stage directors, Rob Herriot.

The outpouring of grief, memories, and tributes from colleagues, artists, and friends speaks to the extraordinary impact he had on so many.

AOC CEO Christina Loewen recently travelled to Peru to present at Ópera Latinoamérica's 19th OLA Conference, Encuentro where she spoke on social finance and AOC's impact investing initiative, the Coproduction Loan Program.

While there, she signed a landmark agreement formalizing collaboration between the Association for Opera in Canada and Ópera Latinoamérica, marking a significant step in connecting Canada's opera community with its counterparts across Latin America.
