Today at Thompson Landry Gallery - Meet France Jodoin, 12:00pm to 4:00pm

Step into the poetic world of France Jodoin this afternoon as we welcome the artist to the gallery.

Created especially for our 20th Anniversary Group Exhibition, France’s nine new paintings move effortlessly between land and sea, flowers and birds, intimate cityscapes and distant horizons.

There is a dreamlike quality to France’s work, a sense that each painting holds a memory, a fleeting moment, or a place half-remembered. Through layers of light, colour, and atmosphere, she invites us to slow down, look a little longer, and allow ourselves to wander.

Join us today between 12:00 and 4:00 pm to meet France, hear about the inspirations behind her latest works, and experience these beautiful new paintings in person.
