Wool & Natural Fiber Studio

On this page you can find my woolen creations – home & holiday decor, animals, soaps and more. Most of my works are needle felted. The process of needle felting involves working with natural fibers, most often sheep’s wool, and shaping them with sharp, barbed, felting needles. Felting slowly compacts the wool’s structure, leaving it firm and strong. Each piece takes many hours to fully complete. I have always enjoyed arts and crafts. Then I discovered needle felting. Wool is amazing material that provides with a possibility to create anything one can imagine. My inspiration comes from my children’s books and playthings, nature and the wool itself. I only use natural and eco-friendly materials in my work and source my wool locally as much as possible. I am excited to share my creations with other people and I hope they can put a smile on your face! Elena
