We are launching a new digital ticketing system on June 1st, which will enable you to access tickets digitally, making ticket delivery secure, easy and more convenient. This upgrade is designed to make it easier for fans to access their event tickets going forward. Fans will experience an easier, faster, and more secure process during their arrival at Massey Hall.

Secure: Digital tickets can't be lost or duplicated.
Convenient: No more printing or searching for PDFs.
Digital Tickets are paperless tickets accessed through your digital ticket wallet on your mobile device. After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your digital wallet. Log in, select your performance, and your tickets will be ready to scan. You can easily share tickets so each guest has their own.
All tickets issued prior to June 1, 2026 will remain valid and will be honoured in their original format, whether presented as a PDF or a mobile ticket.
