1. What do you like doing in the summer time?
A: During the summer, I absolutely love going to the beach, hiking, and spending time with my wonderful friends. If I have time for a vacation, you’ll find me lounging in the sun!

4. Do you have some self care tips?
A: If I were to give a self care tip, I would encourage you to give yourself enough time to journal and get lots of rest! Enjoy a warm drink, have a snack, and take a hot bath to wind down and relax! Make time to do the things you enjoy with the people you love, and just take life one step at a time. . . .

Here is Q&A with Avvy:
1. How do you feel about being voted our Caregiver of the Month?
A: It is absolutely an honour and extremely exciting to be voted the Caregiver of the Month!

2. What is the secret sauce for being an amazing Caregiver?
A: Oh my goodness! I don’t think I had a secret sauce, haha! But I do put my all wherever and whenever I can! I think that’s the most rewarding part of being a nurse, knowing that your time and actions are helping someone and their family out! You never know when you or your family might need the same care from someone else. Therefore, I would treat everyone with the same level of consideration and effort that we all would appreciate.
