We are so incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support and enthusiasm from everyone who has registered to volunteer for this year’s fair! Your willingness to give your time and help out means so much to us, and we truly couldn’t do it without you. 🙌

At this time, volunteer registration is FULL! 🎉

We will be in touch with our registered volunteers as we get closer to the fair with more information, schedules, and details about where and when you’ll be needed.

If you have already sent in a registration form, thank you! We will keep your information on hand. Should we have any cancellations or additional volunteer opportunities become available, we will reach out to those on our list.

Spots fill up quick so don't forget to send in you're registration form ASAP!

Please make sure to read everything prior to filling out forms.

Pre-registration is required for all volunteer slots, even for the set-up date on September 7th, 2026, you are not allowed to show up unless you have been registered and scheduled for that day or any day!

🚨 The Countdown Is On! 🚨

Next Saturday we officially kick off the 2026 Farmers Market season — and it’s already shaping up to be our biggest market in the last 9 years!

Spring has sprung (Finally) and with that our Grower Program has started seeing its first entrants! This month we placed the Rabbits with their very excited kids and have started sending out our lambs! These lambs are 5-7 days old and learning to bottle feed. We cannot wait to see how they grow with their kids!

The Grower Program is a community education program run by the Timmins Fall Fair. We placed baby animals with applicant families to raise for the summer. This helps the kids learn about husbandry and care of various types of animals. They also learn about the responsibility of farming and where our food comes from.

Want to join the Grower Program? Each year we open applications in February for that calender year. Follow us here on Facebook to stay up to date on application dates! We are always looking for new families to join our program!
