We’re excited to welcome Hailey Storm / AvantStorm as a new vendor at the Baddeck Market! Hailey is a self-taught visual artist whose vibrant acrylic paintings are deeply informed by Mi’kmaq culture, storytelling, and an intuitive connection to the landscape. Through her bold compositions, she explores the intersection of traditional ways of life and contemporary experience, creating artwork that prioritizes atmosphere, presence, and story. She is bringing fine art to the community in an accessible way, offering original paintings alongside art prints, bookmarks, and greeting cards.

Come see her gorgeous collection at the market this Saturday and take a piece of local storytelling home with you!

Two weeks to go! We’re gearing up for another market season starting on June 20, as usual from 10am to 1pm on the parking lot of the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site. We have a fantastic line-up of local food producers and artisans – head over to baddeckmarket.ca to see the full list. Please note, not every vendor will attend every market.
