Back in the year 2000, in our little hometown of Keswick, Ontario, we decided to experiment with making our own hot sauce as the only other choices back then was Tabasco and Frank's for the most part. We knew Canadians could handle the heat, so we made a more flavourful and hotter sauce that was available. There wasn't many pepper growers back then, and we didn't want to get our peppers from the US as we found they didn't have the flavour we were looking for, instead we went with outsourcing our peppers directly from the Caribbean. Later on over the years we released our extreme flavours which we sourced directly from pepper farmers in Canada, grown locally in Markham Ontario. We purchase our bottles and caps from a local Canadian Supplier in Mississauga, our seals come from Quebec, and our labels are printed with a Canadian company also out of Mississauga.

Fast forward over 20 years and we are still here, 100% family owned and using our same supported suppliers. We never had a lot of money, and we never had much business experience, but our family learned everything ourselves over the years to help grow the company. The support has been amazing over all of the years and are very proud of our Canadian Business.

We made a name for ourselves by being the Go-to Canadian company for Custom Label Hot Sauce, allowing anyone to customize their very own hot sauce label to put on our bottles and give them away as Wedding Favours, Promotional Items, and even reselling their own branded sauce as a private label.

Although we've had our ups, we've also faced many downs... Covid took a major toll on our company to the point where we should have given up, but we kept going. We knew we had an amazing product but luck was rarely on our side. And now with the tariffs, alot of our American distributors are choosing to no longer purchase our products. We've got a rocky road ahead of us, but we know that Canadians have been our biggest support for over 20 years and we are happy to look for more Canadian stores and distribution.
