A customer contacted me a while back looking for a special piece for her husband.

Here’s the backstory: During a trip to Newfoundland, he was determined to see a puffin. Unfortunately, the timing just wasn’t right, and the only puffin he ended up seeing was on a cereal box. It quickly became a running joke in their family.

So this piece was created to commemorate the puffin he never saw…
