For our next Soul & Sass class, we’re throwing it all the way back to the early 2000s with the soundtrack of our youth—think Ludacris, Nelly, Ja Rule, Ashanti, and all the songs that had us singing into our hairbrushes and dancing in our bedrooms.

No dance experience required.
No pressure to “get it right.”
Just great music, good vibes, and a room full of women who are ready to move, laugh, and reconnect with themselves for an hour.

Season 3 of AbsoluteMotion Performance & Dance is moving into its own permanent home 💚
This means new space, new classes, new teachers — and a whole new chapter for our community.

💖 But the heart stays the same. Always.

This September, we’ll celebrate with a Grand Opening event… and one lucky family will win one full year of free tuition.

Season 3 is coming. And it’s going to be big.
