Needed a small achievable project today and spotted my leather scrap bags. Here's a few new pieces, all to repurpose old bits that might be garbage.

Don't ask me when/when I made the 'Artist' chunk, I think it was supposed to be for my door sign. I didn't like it there but I kinda love it as a bracelet. Not guaranteed to get you into a backstage anywhere but it should validate having a skill no one pays you enough for 😉

Last big piece out of the studio before my vacation, a purple/blue themed 🐉 💙💜

And a rant! I've had a number of enquiries about 'just the front' or 'just the back.' The last photo shows you what just the front looks like, not very attractive is it? And just the back? The weight will choke you but go for it if you must.

Designers who spend thousands of hours on their craft have generally tested these things to work comfortably. Probably failed along the way quite a few times. If you want a piece that's just one or the other I can make them for you but if you want a tried, true, wearable piece, you'll have to trust me on some things.

I do make other necklaces that work but don't buy a piece, rip it apart and then complain to me when it doesn't look right 😅. If you just want wings, you could conceivably also make shoulder straps like traditional fairy wings but for those I recommend finding an artist who actually does that!

This with the back detail is hands down my favorite one I've ever made. I'm sorely tempted to take it for myself but I'll stick with my original prototype one and both gratefully and a tint enviously watch these piece walk away when the right human finds it 💜🖤

Had a lot of leftover premium scales and wanted to experiment with them to make a more evenly round piece. While this look is very sleek, there are several things I don't like so much about it and think I'll with with my seams & expansions method rather than the one with varying ring sizes.

Full shirt, with trousers that can attach to the shirt, or be worn with a belt and suspenders. It's a full coverage inspired by a dragon

This marks the largest project I've completed in one go, though there is a fellow with a more complete set of mine with shirt, hood, tasset, greaves and sleeves. However, this one is all done in premium scales and I believe makes it the most expensive one to date!

I might modify these slightly, but I actually really like the rough simplicity of them as they are. Deerhide wrap bracers, from an animal that I had the honor of skinning, eating, tanning, smoking and crafting. Thank you nature 🙏.
