One of my favourite spots on the Disney Destiny was the restaurant 1923.

Named for the year The Walt Disney Company was founded, 1923 celebrates the golden age of animation.

With artifacts lining the walls and good food - I could have spent HOURS in there!!

People ask me all the time “will I be bored on a Disney Cruise? Isn’t it just for kids?”

That couldn’t be further from the truth! While a Disney cruise is fabulous for kids, it’s a lot of fun for adults too!!

Can you relax and sleep on board? Absolutely! However, if you want to explore all that it has to offer, don’t expect to get much sleep!!

There's something so special about Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort.

The theming in on point, it's fantastic for getting to Disney Springs, the rooms are fun and the beignets are the perfect treat EVERY day.

I also love it because it's small and manageable, especially if you get lost in the big resorts like Caribbean Beach and Coronado Springs.

Do you use gift cards at Walt Disney World?

I do - I load one up before I go and then I have it in my wallet on my iPhone.

It's so much easier than carrying cash and I can "budget" myself a little.

(Ok I like to TELL myself I won't spend more, but I have been known to reload it a few times while there!)
