Made pb&j and brought it to Burna Vista. Sunbathed in the late morning September sun. Such green and lush trees we’ve had all year, and still now. I saw a bee, and took home one ladybug and one ant by accident. Such a sunny and unremarkable day with so much magic. I miss people but I’ll see so many of you at kith+kin market on Saturday 12 & Sunday 13 of September. I suppose this is where I charge & save up my energy!

Wedding Fashion Illustration; sketch & paint. If you ever want to go OVER the TOP, pick me. I vow to sketch your people in their unique style as one of my famous fashion characters and help them to not only feel like a million dollars but take themselves home for an ever lasting memory! It’s truly an UNexpected addition to the flow of the evening. These were a few favs from Emily & Dawson’s GORGEOUS wedding at the Remai Modern with soooooo many flowers from Blossoms Florals !
After the wedding or event I can print an extra copy for the gals or groups of 3 etc.

For weddings, please note the bride and groom will get their personal sketch apart from the wedding as a full 1 hour duo portrait.

I hope I don’t look too busy when you come to see me! Please say hi even if there are people surrounding me lol. I will be painting up a STORM of chic fashion portraits at kith+kin market September 12&13, 10-5 Saturday & 10-4 Sunday! Haven’t seen a lot of you since Mother’s Day! Lots of new work in print and original form! Save your doll hairs for this incredible market, please! Prairieland Park please Instagram show this to Saskatoon! I don’t ask for much.

Finally sharing some behind the scenes. I do like to keep my (personal) art process to myself sometimes, but I’m feeling really open energetically this summer. It’s because I haven’t travelled in a month, feels so nice to have a ‘routine’ or the option to do what my body needs at any given time.

Fun fact: I don’t usually sell my originals, only sometimes. I like to take scans and sell them to you as prints, but I’m still finding it so hard to want others and to trust others to have my hand, my paint. Why is that? Not the Fashion Portraits - those feel so natural to create for others, it’s my gift. I’m talking about my dolls more so.

Will I seeee you?! August 25! At Five Corners in I’ll be LIVE sketching and painting from 11-2pm. Last apt is at 2pm this time. Very excited to catch some rays, have a bubbly and celebrate our little city’s Birthday Bash for Broadway’s 40th! Extra local pricing structures from pets to polka dots! Wear something fun OR I’ll paint you in something fun! Hehe plus my prints are now at ALT HAUS again! And I’ll have some by my side at the party, as well.

Fashion Portrait sittings are available for the month of August every day of the WEEK, and evenings on the weekEND. In about 15-25 minutes per person, I will sketch then paint you into one of my fashion characters! Bring a friend or just you. DM for pricing! I’ll have bubblies, tea or iced tea.
