Well, sometimes after it’s all said and done, you just have to laugh so you don’t cry 😅😂🙈
You all know we like being upfront and honest around here. We’re human, things happen. Especially things that aren’t planned for 😬 We had a bit of an oopsie yesterday and instead of beating ourselves up, we made sure to rectify the situation, and then of course, still have a little laugh because at the end of the day what else can you do 🤷🏼♀️
On the way to an event yesterday, our performer had some car troubles and ultimately Claire had to come to the rescue 🫣 not only did the performer unknowingly run out of fuel (due to some current car issues she’s dealing with) but her battery also died while she was on the side of the road, so she had to be rescued with some fuel AND a boost 🥲
We actively communicated with the client during all of this, truthfully explained the situation, and immediately worked on a resolution. Delivering quality to our clients is always a top priority, but thankfully we have amazing clients who understand we are human and things happen. No matter what we will always do what we can to make it up to you if something goes wrong.
At the end of the day we are just people behind these costumes who don’t have superhero powers or magic abilities (boy sometimes do we wish!) and sometimes life happens, but we will ALWAYS work as hard as we can to provide the most magical experience we can, no matter the situation. Your happiness is our happiness 💖
