We hate to harp on what a privilege it is to work with so many amazing people - but it’s better to tell things straight than be a lyre!
For example, we have Rose Munger here doing a mesmerizing chandelier act, which is just one of the amazing acts she does in The King’s Banquet along with hand to hand and more.
This summer we’ve also had the pleasure of having two different harpists play a solo during this act bringing a soft, flowing, melancholic melody to the scene following a nightmarish moment in the show.
Creating such unique moments with acrobatics and musicians is something we truly enjoy!

If you’re a frequent visitor of Canada's Wonderland you may have been to the King’s Feast over by Leviathan: great French fries, but have you been to Canterbury Theatre this summer? If not, definitely come and feast your eyes on our new show, The King’s Banquet!
Ironically, we won’t be serving fries or any food… but we will be serving up some laughter, music, and flips!

Although we love the energy and high flying acrobatics that go into each and every show… we’re a bit disappointed about how many people have gotten past our guards and into this section of the park. We don’t know if they’re sleeping on the job, playing cards in the tower, or just doomscrolling but it’s been well over a month of shows and way too many people have made it to our tower and seen our show. They tell us things like “wow. That was an amazing show!”
And then we respond “how did you get in here!?”

Cirque Imagine is at Kings Dominion!
Well honestly, they’ve been there all summer but sending footage all the way from Virginia to Canada has taken a bit of time. Our Reds are making their way around and through the multiverse looking for adventures, mischief, and even love.

So do we think they fall at the same speed as the water or faster? 🧐
One things for sure: they definitely fall from the same height. Our Victoria Falls High Divers love the view from the top regardless of how many times they always end up at the bottom. Here til Labor Day at Canada's Wonderland!

What also kills is The King’s Banquet at Canada's Wonderland! It’s always fun to open a new show and we’ve also gotten a ton of wonderful feedback. New set, new artists, and new awe-inspiring acts: there’s an air of rejuvenation in Canterbury Theatre!
