Jennifer's career has spanned over 25 years, focusing on creating large- and small-scale special events, creating and developing fundraising programs and communication strategies, and developing community engagement initiatives. Jennifer is passionate about supporting the Arts, Culture and Heritage within her community.
Since 2003, she and her husband have raised their two children in the wonderful community of Airdrie. She has been the Festival Coordinator for the Airdrie Performing Arts Society for over a decade. Jennifer has had a very diverse career, providing her with many opportunities to learn from a vast array of mentors and leaders. Jennifer has been described as a great collaborator, resourceful, adaptive and has a great eye for detail. She is also an advocate for seniors in her community and is actively engaged in providing activities and experiences for seniors that benefit their physical, social, emotional and spiritual well-being.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys dreaming up exciting new events/experiences but really treasures time with her husband. They enjoy travelling and being active, whether it is riding a bike, paddling or exploring new trails in the mountains.
