✨ Hi Yaela, thank you for putting on an amazing festival. I just wanted to shoot you a message because I didn't get a chance to tell you that what you said in the closing really resonated with me and I'm glad you chose to share. I'm a single mom too, and I have felt so much pressure to find a new partner and attempt some (re) build as a nuclear family. As if it were so straightforward. I feel that grief over the complexity of that...and I also feel that community is the antidote.

Take your time integrating. Keep nurturing the connections you made. And remember… the festival may be over, but this community is just getting started.

Wow, wow, wow!!! What an experience!!! What a community!!!! I have no word to describe the depth of what we were all part of. It was everything that I envisioned for this festival and more! There’s definitely going to be an Alberta Ta**ra Festival 2027! Stay tuned!
