The Edge of the World Music festival has been entertaining audiences on exotic Haida Gwaii, off the rugged northern coast of BC, since the 1970s. Opening and closing with traditional Haida song and dance, EOTW music festival endeavours to bring a wide selection of musical acts – First Nations, world beat, electronica, blues, country, rock, reggae, and everything in between. In addition to that, there are fringe performers, such as fire spinning, a children’s area, a great selection of food and merchandise vendors, and amazing workshops put on by the musicians and local talent for all to enjoy. All of this in the incredible natural setting of Haida Gwaii. Time to check “Visit Haida Gwaii” off the bucket list. Come experience the most memorable festival in Northern BC. Festival Parking Notice:
Due to last week's heavy rains, a portion of the festival parking lot is unavailable for use this year. We strongly encourage you to carpool where possible and arrive early. Please slow down and drive with caution in the area adjacent to the festival grounds. Please note that you cannot park on the inside of the white lines along the highway.
