My family and I are getting ready to host a feast this weekend, September 12th in Port Hardy.
Been busy preparing this week, here is a dance screen depicting a man who descended from the sky in the form of a Kulus before he stayed here on earth.
This will be a gift to our new Gukwdzi, Na̱nt̕si for all families to use during their ceremonies.
Projected the design to trace and now it is ready to paint.

Here is the huge sea monster complete.
Appreciation to my Nephew Talon George who had stepped in to help finish and see the project through over the last few days.
The mask is on its way to the new owner today!
I didn’t get the over all height but I would guess at least 30-32” high by 28” wide.
Red cedar, acrylic paint and copper
