The Community of Three Rivers Pool is thrilled to offer a new Aquacise Program this summer! This low-impact, full-body workout is perfect for adults of all fitness levels and is a great way to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health while enjoying the benefits of exercising in the water.

Whether you’re looking to stay active, try something new, or connect with others in a fun and supportive environment, Aquacise is a fantastic option.

July 7th to August 20th
Tuesday & Thursday Evening
6:45-7:30 pm

Cost: FREE with Pool Membership
Non-member $5 per class
