We're back again for this great fundraising event . We hit the stage from 12-1:30 this Saturday at the Orono Fairgrounds

Well folks, the day is almost here!

Join us for the 5th Annual Wyatt Carr Memorial this Saturday, July 18, at the Orono Fairgrounds from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Gates open at 8:00 AM for vehicle registration and vendors.

This outdoor, family-friendly event features:
🚗A classic & custom car show (nearly 300 vehicles to view in 2025)
🎶Three Live bands
🍔5–6 food / beverage trucks
🎟️Prizes, raffles, auction, giveaways & 50/50
🏆Awards
🎈 A large kids & family zone
🛍️ Over 40 local vendors

Most importantly, this event is about community, giving back, and supporting a great cause. Every dollar raised is donated to SickKids. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, volunteers, vendors, participants, and everyone who attends, we raised over $32,000 last year and more than $82,000 over the past four years.

We are so grateful to everyone who helps make this event possible. It’s a day filled with amazing people, great vehicles, family fun, and the chance to make a real difference together.

Mother nature...sigh...

I think at this point it's safe to assume its a "no go" for tonight. As before if anything changes we'll update it here

What a fun night at Omemee Legion 497. Jon Thurston - a member of Canada's Olympic Gold medal winning Paralympic Curling team was in da house. If you weren't there you missed a 'good one'
