Hip hop is not just a form of music, it is a lifestyle; there are actually four elements that make up the base of this culture. rkshops on a regular basis as well as a few exhibitions/showcases throughout the year. These events are open to everyone; the members of H.E.R. will help to promote, organize and facilitate. Students who join this club will attain a greater understanding of hip hop culture and its experiences. People with similar interests can be brought together to improve on their own form of expression (i.e. Though we are an informative and organized group, H.E.R.'s main goal is to have fun. The club is offered to Durham College , UOIT and TRENT students.

This club is for: DEEJAYS So that they can work together, share music, beats and experience. Composers and mixers, all are welcome! BBOYS/BGIRLS/DANCERS So that they can have a place to session, practice, and watch. A hiphop dance group is also in the process as well, auditions will be SEPTEMBER 17 from 6-9 GYM 3 GRAFFITI ARTISTS a form of a "writers bench" where people can show their works. This is not limited to just spraycan art. Any form of art expression is wanted! EMCEES A place to session together, and even discuss life verbally. Poetry at its best, its not just about rapping.
