There are seventeen missing pages from the journal of eccentric 19th century inventor Dr Nicolai Rabbit to find on Queen Street. Each one contains a puzzle that contributes to a must phrase.
Flyers are available at the bus station and various downtown businesses, or keep track on your phone or with pen and paper. Solve each puzzle to complete the Phrase Wheel to be entered to win Downtown shopping. When you have the final answer, send us a message. Full experience is about 90 minutes. Take a walk with friends and play a series of puzzles. The Elgin Experiment continues until April 18. 🐰💫

A strange phenomenon is happening downtown - an interactive mixed reality game is taking place until April 18 in the storefront windows on Queen Street. Find a copy of our printed flyer for The Elgin Experiment, or use the first slide of this post, to track your progress through the game. Each QR code in the windows of stores is a portal to a puzzle, and if you complete the full phrase and send us the results, you will qualify to win!

Keep this post handy because you'll need to reference it during some of the puzzles.

THE ELGIN EXPERIMENT:
Eccentric 19th century inventor Dr. Nicolai Rabbit’s research in electro-magnetism predicted a gateway through time, but crucial pieces of his research were lost during an accident at his laboratory. The missing seventeen pages of his journal were thought to have been destroyed, but now a
phenomenon is appearing in Downtown Niagara Falls.

Pages from Nicolai’s journal are appearing across time portals at Queen Street businesses. What do they say?

Look around Downtown Niagara Falls to retrieve each of the pages of his journal. Use the items in your Inventory to solve the puzzles, and complete the Phrase Wheel. Piece together the message and reveal the secret of his research.
