This morning 80 of us meditated together to meet our Future Selves. We asked for higher guidance and perspective on what is happening in the world and what it means for us, personally in our lives before dropping into a restorative sound bath.

Yesterday I felt stuck…

Caught in the story of not believing that what I want is possible, feeling physical pain in my body from the places I’ve been hurt and felt not good enough that I carry with me like a backpack filled with heavy stones.

I followed my intuition and it took me to the Birthing Cave. The cave gets its name from the Hopi people who inhabited Sedona. The pregnant women came to the Birthing Cave when it was time for them to deliver their babies. It was a spiritual and uplifting place for them.

I felt the presence of the Divine Mother, and she told me that I am a powerful creator.

That the visions I have of building a business that supports millions of people and the gift of creating it with a loving partner is all possible.

It’s already here in fact, I just have to BELIEVE in my heart that it’s possible.

That every success I want is already here.

I woke up this morning and the pain in my lower back was gone, the recurring tension in my wrist had dissipated.

And I felt the power of my gifts.

I saw that success is already here.

I can’t wait for our deep dive tonight. To bring this energy forward, to remind you that you are a powerful creator and you are capable of more than you even imagine.

The energy is Sedona is powerful, what you believe becomes your reality and when you push yourself beyond the negative thoughts, you can actually see the truth of who you are which is not short of pure magic and light.

I can’t wait to see you tonight. Let’s reclaim our power and make our visions our reality.

I was never really taught to embody success. Growing up, my parents told me to set goals and reinforced the importance of getting good grades and being successful in my career whether it was to get a job and make a big salary, but they never asked me what it would feel like to actually see myself achieving what I wanted.

So I’ve spent a lot of time in the pursuit of success stuck in my mind and not in my body, worrying that if I don’t get what I want, I won’t be good enough or smart enough.

And it’s been hard to execute on my visions. I find myself procrastinating a lot and losing focus or motivation.

And I realize one of the biggest reasons why is that I’m not allowing myself to really embody what success will feel like when it happens. Not if, when.

There are so many things I want to create, and I’m ready to stop visioning and thinking small and start making s* #% happen!

This Sunday we’re exploring what success will feel like so we can manifest it into reality step-by-step.

I can’t tell you the amount of resistance I had to running the Procrastination deep dive this evening. It makes complete sense because let’s face it, most Procrastinators don’t like being called out for being Procrastinators 😂

I’ve pretty much mastered the art of delaying actions, often waiting to get things done until the last minute (including this 🙈), making excuses why I’m too busy and prioritizing other things.

But as I keep stepping forward on this path, I realized I’m tired af of procrastination holding me back from doing what I want to do and being more of myself. I don’t want to keep wasting time because there’s so much good stuff to experience.

This process brought up a LOT of emotion and fear but I’m excited to explore more deeply tonight with the community. I’m really proud of what Steve and I have created. It’s one of those meditations I’ll go back to and listen again and again when I notice these patterns emerge again.

It’s such a joy to be back in person with teams. Getting to feel their energy, see them move from resistance to surrender and drop more deeply into a state of presence. We transformed this office space into a little sanctuary after lunch and it was incredible to notice how quickly folks opened to the magic of sound.

What kind of life could you create if you lived with an abundance mindset?

If you truly believed there was enough love, money, friendships, resources, and successes for all of us to thrive?

Most of us live with a scarcity mindset. We believe resources are limited, love is scarce, money can’t flow with ease, and success isn’t our birthright.

This Sunday, we’re holding space to uncover what’s stopping us from stepping into the abundance mindset we’re all so worthy of and break down the barriers so we can call in what we truly desire.

Tomorrow I'm excited to be part of a virtual gathering that will be designed as a space for men of colour to connect. Much of my life growing up as a kid in a small Canadian town, I just didn't have the opportunity to find men, let alone men of colour, to talk and relate to about what I was feeling inside. As an adult I've become more aware of how we ALL need places of safety to grow and evolve into embodied humans.
