I've been dreading the inevitable "all aleatoricism is AI" discourse with the same anticipatory foreboding I had in the lead up to 2015's "making kimchi is cultural appropriation". Sure. As long as you erase all nuance and dilute any significant meaning of the term until it becomes a broad catch-all. I guess in that case "AI is really just the universe expressing itself as energy" too.
Well now it's finally happened. We live in a world where people say "Mozart used AI".
