Hello everyone,

I’m excited to share that I’ll be offering a new series of water movement classes (CsA) this July and August at an outdoor swimming pool in St. Laurent (TBC). Each session will blend contemporary dance and artistic swimming techniques with mindful, focused training designed to enhance strength and body awareness in water.
Classes will be intentionally limited to five participants for a focused and supportive environment. There are options for morning or evening sessions.
Please note that we will confirm pool access, exact dates, and times once we gather everyone’s availability.
