Meet all the authors whose words have been used to make this new play! How many can you recognize?

Written by Federico Verdier Diaz and Olivier Blais, this play echoes the words of many classical authors who had stuff to say about masculinity. Switching constantly from modern text to the words of those who came before us, it shows us how culture has been equating manhood with violence for years.

Écrite par Federico Verdier Diaz et Olivier Blais, cette pièce fait écho aux mots de plusieurs auteurs classiques et ce qu'ils avaient à dire sur la masculinité. En virevoltant entre texte moderne et les mots de ceux qui nous ont précédés, la pièce nous montre comment notre culture fait l'équivalence entre masculinité et violence depuis des ères.

The Dém-ART MTL program of the Conseil des Arts de Montréal helps companies like Repercussion give first generation immigrants a payed internship in cultural work!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and dynamic individual to join our team! The Partnership Coordinator will serve as the key point person for launching the tour development of our Swashbuckling / De cape et d’épée production. This individual will also provide support in organizing the 2027 Shakespeare-in-the-Park tour.

Now that the Shakespeare-in-the-Park season has come to a close, we're so excited to finally announce our upcoming production, SWASHBUCKLING!

Through classical texts and many styles of stage fighting, two brothers grow from kids to young adults. As their relationship evolves, they discover how brotherhood is linked to the perpetuation of male violence.

Maintenant que la saison de Shakespeare-in-the-Park est terminée, nous avons tellement hâte d'enfin annoncer notre prochaine production, DE CAPE ET D'ÉPÉE!

À travers des textes classiques et de plusieurs styles de combat de scène, deux frères grandissent. Leur relation évolue et ils découvrent comment la fraternité est reliée à la perpétuation de la violence masculine.

That’s a wrap on our summer of The Winter’s Tale! 👑

On Saturday, we closed Shakespeare-in-the-Park 2026 in Westmount after four weeks of touring. Despite this rather rainy season, we are so grateful to our audiences for all your generous and enthusiastic support. Thank you for joining us in some Shakespearean magic!

This show wouldn’t have been possible without the talents of our incredible cast, crew, and creative and production teams, as well as our sponsors who helped us bring this show to life in parks all across the city and surrounding areas. Congratulations and many thanks to everyone involved in another successful year.

C’est la fin de notre été de The Winter’s Tale! 👑

Samedi, c’était la dernière représentation de Shakespeare-in-the-Park 2026 après quatre semaines de tournée. Malgré cette saison plutôt pluvieuse, nous sommes tellement reconnaissants envers nos spectateurs pour votre support généreux et enthousiaste. Merci de nous rejoindre pour un moment de magie shakespearienne !

Cette production ne serait pas possible sans le talent de nos incroyables acteurs, techniciens et équipes de création et production, ainsi que nos sponsors qui nous ont permis de donner vie à ce spectacle dans des parcs dans toute la ville et ses environs.
