Five things DJs should keep in mind when working with wedding planners.
Arrive early, it keeps the day ahead of schedule and removes a lot of unnecessary stress.
Communicate openly, if something changes, say it right away so everyone can adjust.
Be easy to reach on site, planners are juggling a hundred things at once and quick access to the DJ makes a huge difference.
Be proactive, share your schedule and style ahead of time so the planner knows how the evening will flow.
And most importantly, leave the ego at home.
A planner is an extension of the couple, we’re all there for the same reason, to give them an unforgettable day.
When vendors work together with respect and good energy, the guests feel it immediately.
Wedding planners, I’m curious.
