Hey all!
Now that the holidays are over and we’ve gotten through most of January, I’m hoping to be more active on this page and take a dive into my artistic side of life. Also thinking about a possible rebrand with a new and fancier name for my page (open to suggestions)!

In the meantime, enjoy my current work in progress! This goes to show just a glimpse of what it’s like for me to draw, constant changes and new thoughts. And who knows, it might look completely different whenever I’m finished😆

A semicolon tattoo represents the continuation of life despite mental health struggles of any kind. The semicolon punctuation is used when an author chose not to end a sentence, but to continue on. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to someone, seek support and remember that you are not alone❤️‍🩹

Window looking damn good, thank you again to Art by RM for doing it up!!! 🤩

Feeling a little philosophical and inspired by the artwork today so I’d like to toss out a Teddy Roosevelt Quote: “People don’t care about how much you know until they know about how much you care”

Open Today until 7pm and Saturday until 5pm then the new hours will kick in next week so y’all won’t be seeing me until Wednesday with Truth and Reconciliation on Tuesday ☮️

This is my gallery piece for the “Wild Journey” Holland College SVA Art Showcase.

This painting titled “April 14, 2023” is dedicated to my best friend, Samuel Campbell, who passed away in April of 2023. Each dragonfly represents a stage of grief starting at the bottom with denial in purple, anger in red, bargaining in green, depression in grey and acceptance in yellow.

This was a long process that I wouldn’t have traded for anything. Being able to create art in memory of loved ones makes all the longs days of mixing the right colour and feeling the emotions of the painting worth every second.❤️

This painting is currently displayed in the Confederation Centre of the Arts and will be featured until May 25, 2025.
