So I have been on a weight loss journey for a while now. I started back in Ontario and was on the Carnivore diet then when we moved to New Brunswick alot of things happened and weight loss and self care was not high on the list, survival was.
Once we moved again and things settled down the journey began again, I half a$$Ed worked out every few days when I felt like it.
Then I had some medical things going on I had to recover from over Christmas and part of January. Once I started feeling better I eased my body back into it and now I'm completely locked in.
I am training hard four days a week and two days a week I focus on mobility. I have noticed how tight my hips have gotten over the years so I really want to focus on them for a while and came across this video and wanted to share it with all of you.
