Balavimala Narthanalayam An institution imparting training of Bharathanatyam since 2002 Her Bharathanatya Arangetram was held in 1998 at Wellawatte Ramakirishna mission.

Mrs.Chithra Tharmalingam underwent and Intensive and extensive in Bharatha Natyam Training according to the ancient Gura Shishya tradition under the veteran dance teacher Srimathy Nalayini Rajadurai who was an Assistant Director Of Education (Dance) Colombo, Sri Lanka. An Honorary Award for “Great Presentation” by “Kamabavarithi” Mr. Jeyarajah at Kamban Festival 1999, Sri Lanka. The teacher’s cert

ificate grade Examination (year2000) conducted by North Ceylon Oriental Music Society of Jaffna. Came to Canada and started Balavimala Narthanalayam at Mississauga

Every year Balavimala Narthanalayam continues to give annual festivals, Dance recitals and examinations.
