Photo taken on the last day by with her film camera. Participating in this residency restored hope in humanity. All the participants' genuine kindness and generosity to hold each others' emotions and vulnerability melted my heart. And everyone's strive to make better art and supportive way of raising each others works were so precious. I am so honoured to be part of this community.

I need to practice more on cutting glass to the precisely and also need to test on shrinkage on glass. This glass broke today, three days after the firing. I love the points the glasses are touching the finger tips. Having both area that glass is touching the fingers and the parts with gap is fascinating to me. It is like glaze, but not the same.

This is a work from a few years ago, never seen the light of a gallery. I took photo of it just outside of the studio before it goes to the dump just like one take photo of ailing parents whom soon to become memory.
